(1) The Government of Nepal may by a notified order direct the collection of data in relation to any matter as written in this section.

(2) Sub-section (1) The following can be done by the order issued under:-

(a) Specifying the amount of information to be collected,

(b) Appointing or nominating authorized officers for the purpose of collecting such information. , prescribing their work, duties and rights and prescribing the procedures to be adopted by them while exercising and complying with such work, duties and rights, and (c) all other matters deemed necessary or contingent in the opinion of the Government of Nepal for the purpose of conveniently collecting the data to be collected under such order. arrangement.
